are-able Education and Training recognises our responsibility to ensure the safety and integrity of all records, and specifically the confidentiality of staff and student records. All information discussed and documented within the organisation is considered sensitive and confidential, and is not to be disclosed to anyone outside the employ of are-able Education and Training.
are-able Education and Training has developed the following complaint procedure to reassure students that any dispute or complaint raised against the organisation will be taken seriously – and handled confidentially – in order to achieve a speedy resolution.
