What is School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)?
We understand that finding work after finishing school can be a challenge.
School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) is an early intervention approach for those in their final year of school. It’s basically designed to support your transition from school to employment.
The are-able SLES program helps young people prepare, look for and gain meaningful employment. We work with students to provide tailored, individual services, so you can set and achieve your employment goals. Ones that match your aspirations, interests and abilities.
In other words, SLES is designed just for you. are-able offers individual support for up to 2 years after finishing your last year of secondary schooling. Working together with your family and support network, we can develop a program to get you job-ready.
With over 80 modules to choose from, we’ll ensure a personalised program is developed just for you.
