are-able has been chosen as a Government partner for Inclusive Employment Australia, a $5.5 billion initiative focused on more tailored, accountable and inclusive supports. As one of 84 providers nationwide, we help thousands of people with disability connect with meaningful job opportunities each year.

Whats changed?

  • New name, stronger focus: Disability Employment Services has transitioned to Inclusive Employment Australia.
  • Same commitment, better experience: more tailored plans, clearer accountability and stronger employer partnerships.
  • are-able’s role: selected as one of 84 organisations to deliver the program – helping thousands of people with disability each year into meaningful work.

are-able Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) helps people with disability, injury or health conditions find a job and keep it.

We make sure our participants are ready for work by building skills and addressing barriers to employment. We source job opportunities and provide on-the-job training for both employers and employees. With our long-term partnership model, we work with participants at a suitable pace to find employment which best matches their needs and capabilities.

How to get started

You can get started by registering with are-able in two ways:

  • Through a Services Australia referral; or
  • By directly registering with us

To register directly, simply contact your closest are-able office and a friendly Consultant will help you through the process.
