In the regional community of Mildura, Tasha, a determined 47-year-old woman with Down Syndrome, has found a fulfilling role as an Office Assistant at Value Care Mildura. Tasha’s employment journey has been anything but straightforward. Despite challenges along the way, Tasha has always been passionate about contributing to her community and gaining new skills. Over the years, she has gained diverse experience, working as a Canteen Assistant at Trinity Lutheran College, a Kitchenhand at Little Kim’s Cafe, and a Cafe Assistant at Sunraysia Residential Services. Additionally, Tasha pursued her love for coffee by completing a Barista course at MADEC.
