Our story begins with Del, aged 64, who faced the daunting challenges of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease and Arterial Fibrillation. In December 2022, she encountered a life-altering medical episode that led to the installation of a pacemaker. Uncertainty loomed large as she sought her path forward, both in terms of health and employment.

This is where are-able stepped in, her trusted Employment Consultant, Helen Gildea, played a pivotal role in instilling self-belief and providing unwavering support. Together, they embarked on a journey of job searching, with a renewed sense of hope and determination.

Today, Del is employed at Returns Express, where she shines in the roles of Reception and Office Administration. Her journey to employment not only signifies her professional achievements but also serves as a testament to the power of self-confidence and resilience.

Although the client’s specific role doesn’t require additional support or interventions, it’s her newfound confidence and second chance at life that truly stand out. Her life has been transformed, and her sense of purpose reignited.
