Debra, a spirited 63-year-old woman, faced numerous challenges due to her intellectual disability. However, with the unwavering support of her dedicated Employment Consultant, Kenny O’Connor, and the exceptional resources provided by are-able Maryborough, Debra embarked on an extraordinary journey towards meaningful employment.

When Debra first came to are-able as a voluntary Disability Employment Services (DES) client, her goal was to find an opportunity that would utilise her unique skills and provide a sense of purpose.
